- 1/4 cup Thin Sugar syrup
- 1 cup Fresh whipped cream
- 100 gms Chopped dark chocolate
- 100 gm Fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons Strawberry crush
- 2 drops Strawberry essence
- 4-5 drops Pink food colour
Steps to make to make Strawberry Chocolate Cream Cake
- First, Preheat the oven at 170 d.c. Grease and line a round 6 to 8 " cake tin with baking paper. Then sift all the dry ingredients and keep aside. 
- Then whisk all the wet ingredients leaving milk, with an electric hand whisk till creamy. Then slowly fold the dry ingredients into wet. Mix to a smooth batter without over mixing.  
- Now transfer the batter to baking tin and bake in preheated oven at 175 dc for 25 to 30 minutes or until the toothpick taste comes out clean.  
- Remove the cake and cool it completely. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Melt the dark chocolate in double boiler or in microwave. Heat the fresh cream slightly and add to the chocolate. Whisk well. Cover and keep for later use. 
- Mix half of the whipping cream with strawberry crush, essence and pink food colour. Fill half in piping bag and keep half aside. Also fill rest of the whipping cream in piping bag. 
- Slice the cold cake into 3 layers. Soak each layer with sugar syrup. Spread a layer of chocolate ganache and another layer of strawberry cream.  
- Repeat with the rest of layers. Soak the top layer with syrup and then coat the entire cake with chocolate ganache.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour. Then decorate with strawberry cream, chocolate ganache and fresh whipped cream.
